Hits & Sips is a fun all-ladies group introduction to golf. This class has been designed for women who like the idea of starting golf but are not too sure where to start. This class will also be a great way to meet other like minded women who are also looking to get into the sport, with drinks and nibbles to follow our driving range session.
No equipment or prior knowledge is necessary, but if you have golf clubs please bring them along.
If you are looking for a new hobby that is social and will help keep you active, golf is the game for you! I encourage you to come along and give it a go!
The Beginner Level 1 Program is the perfect place for you to start your golfing journey. It is an 8-week program designed to build the foundations of your golf swing that will withstand the pressure that arises on the golf course. Each week’s focus is a core pillar of your golf swing:
Weeks 1-3: We focus on building your golf swing.
Weeks 4-5: We put your swing to the test and implement other golf clubs (drivers, hybrids, fairway woods).
Weeks 6-8: We concentrate on the importance of a good shot game (putting, chipping, pitching and bunkers).

This beginner program runs 4 times a year so if the program doesn’t suit your schedule this time around be sure to come back and book your spot in the following course.

The Girls Golf Meet Up is a one-off group session designed for younger women who are curious about golf or simply want to connect with other like-minded girls already playing. Whether you’re brand new or just looking for your crew, this class is the perfect starting point.
We’ll spend an hour together covering the basics with professional golf instruction, no pressure, just progress. It’s about feeling more confident on the range, breaking away from the old-school golf stereotypes, and creating a space that’s relaxed, supportive, and exclusive to women.
Come swing, laugh, learn, and meet your new golf girlfriends. This is where your golf journey starts — fun, fearless, and totally your vibe.
And again bookings will be through the same link as the other programs.
Private lessons are open to all skill levels and can be scheduled at your convenience. Choose from 30-minute or 1-hour sessions. All coaching with Tammy will take place at The Ridge Golf and Driving Range, offering teaching bays, a putting green, and a short game area—everything you need to work on your game, your way!
If you have had a lesson elsewhere or have played for a while without any formal coaching, I highly recommend starting at Level 1 as most of the swing foundation work is done in the first 4 weeks.
The Beginner Level 2 Program focuses on implementing the skills that were developed in Level 1 and using the swing fundamentals throughout different clubs in your set. We will go through the variety of shots you will need to acquire that will help to progress onto the golf course sooner. Areas of the game we address in the Level 2 Program are:
This is a structured 8 week program for women who are excited to commit to 8 weeks of golf practice. In this 8 week boot camp I will be tailoring 8 weeks of driving range swing instruction using swing analysis tools that will see your golf swing transform and consistency of your shots improve. If you have been playing golf and performance has plateaued or is tracking in the wrong direction then this ladies program is exactly what your game needs. Let’s hit the reset button and start trending in the right direction.

The 8 week Short Game Boot Camp is a structured 8-week program that has been designed to help golfers lower their scores.
As the famous saying goes, “we drive for show and putt for dough.” Practising and improving the performance of your short game is the most effective way to lower your scores on the golf course, without having to change your golf swing.
